Kid's Fun Day Out at Quill City Mall

When Mommy said we'll have a Kid's Fun Day Out at Quill City Mall during school holiday, we were very excited and looking for it as Quill City Mall is our favourite shopping mall because the area was very big for us to run around and not so crowded. It is also a kids and babies friendly place as we could play, shop, dine, read etc. Everything that we love to do located in a mall.

Our first stop is to NEXT where Mommy got to choose our outfits. Lots of stylish clothes to choose from and I found a sunglass that suits me well and I ask Mommy to buy this for me instead so that I can style with it whenever I attend an event.

Our second stop is to MPH where I enjoyed story telling by a friendly Kor Kor. Even though there is no pictures but we got to imagine it ourselves the picture of it while listening to Kor Kor. The story was quite interesting and we learned some tips on how to tell a story and made the sounds of it. Thanks to MPH for the interesting story books and stationery set for us. I love it so much.

Our third stop is to Kid'z Paradise. It is like a heaven for the kids as we got to play the sand like how we play at the beach. Best thing is, it'll not made us dirty and it is safe to play with. Got playground, slides, balls, trampolines, merry-go-round etc. We never felt bored here as lots of interesting equipment to explore.

After playing, I felt a bit hungry. So, we proceed to Big Daddy Little Chefs @ Happikiddo for a simple, delicious and healthy meal. My favourite dish on that day was the fried chicken. Yummy yummy yummy. The cups, plates, bowls and spoon were so cute and I love the design that suits for kids like me. There is also a small playground there for us to play  while Daddy and Mommy had some snacks there after our meal.

Our fourth stop is to Pizza Hut where I got to made my favourite Hawaian pizza. I enjoyed myself so much during the process of making the pizza. The pizza that I had made taste really good. Next time, I can made pizza for Mommy already and become Mommy Little Chef.

Our fifth stop is my favourite toy shop, Hamleys where we watch some exciting magic show. While Cher Cher go for nail colouring and tattoes after that, me and Ti Ti drive a remote control car. Kor Kor there teach us how to control the car. I really enjoyed myself so much here surrounds with so many toys to explore with. Thanks for the toys and for the Barbie dolls, I'll give to my Cher Cher to play instead.

Our sixth stop is to decorate our muffins at Occubite. Uncle Roys show us the techniques on how to decorate our muffins creatively. I had done mine and the muffin was delicious. I had learned the art of decorating here and will decorate my own muffins next time.

Aren't my muffin creative enough ? If it is a contest, I'm sure I can win it. Ha ha ha...

Our seventh stop is to The Original Milkshake Co. where we got to taste the delicious milkshake. My favourite was chocolate and blueberry. I can finished 2 cups as it was really nice and all my thirst gone.

Our last stop is to Cornery-the popcorn gallery, my favourite snacks. There are many flavours available, peanuts, chocolate, caramel, cheese and many more but my favourite was the seaweed. We got to watch how popcorn was made and the packaging. A great knowledge to us as all this while, we only get to eat from the packaging and today we had learned the techniques. Thanks to Cornery for the lesson and a tupperware of popcorn for us to bring home.

It  was indeed a great Kids' Fun Day Out for us at Quill City Mall. We truly enjoyed ourselves so much with all the activities and food that arrange by the handsome Kor Kor and pretty Cher Cher there. Tqvm to all the sponsors for a fun day out for all of us. We'll definitely will ask Mommy and Daddy to bring us here again to have all the fun as fun never ends here and as still got lots of things that we can explore at Quill City Mall, a Kids' Friendly Mall. Genting International Children’s Festival Fun for all in the family this school holiday

When Mommy said me and my Cher Cher will attend Genting International Children’s Festival Fun, we were very excited looking for it to join the excitement. And then Mommy said we'll be appointed as Resort World Genting Young Bloggers and Ambassadors during the Festival launched, we were more than happy to accept the challenge. This is because we as the kids bloggers never had the recognisation and never invited to join any review but Mommmy had. When Mommy was invited previously to Genting to review on Ice Age Adventure and Behind the Scene, she brought me and my Cher Cher there and we were given a media pass. We were so proud of it that I had written my experience here which is my first blog post.

I was very excited looking forward to the event. We were given a Resort World Genting Young Bloggers and Ambassadors t-shirt which I really love the design of it. A simple and yet once wearing it, everyone acknowledge us as the Kids Bloggers that mades us so proud to wear it.

Since my Cher Cher, CW already blog on the official opening of the event here, I'll focus more on the Genting International Children’s Festival Fun which I really enjoyed myself here playing while learning some fun facts.

After the ceremony of the launching, certificates given to me and the young bloggers and hampers to the orphanage, we proceed to the Land of Art. Here I got to decorate my ice cream at the booth with all the ingredients that I love to eat.

Exciting facts and games to share with

After that we went to outdoor to look for clowns and got ourselves a sword balloon sculpture as me and Aunty Sherry's son, Yeow Shen fight with each other like a warrior while my Cher Cher got herself a love balloon sculpture.

When two boys together, we tend to fight but girl always want love. So, my  Cher Cher stand between us so that we'll stop fighting. Ha ha ha

Then we proceed to First World Convention Centre where we got to meet and greet with Rio and its friends before we proceed to watch the cartoon at a mini cinema for free.

We proceed to the Dinosaur land at Rainforest, First World Hotel Lobby. So, if you love to see Dinosaur moving around or even perform for free, then you got to come here as at the end of the performance and show. we can take photo with the Dinosaur too. If you're lucky enough, you got to sit on the Dinosaur to take photo with them and I'm one of the lucky one.

There are also jugglers and stilt dances to performed a great performance for all. I really amaze how they really do it but the most important is I truly enjoyed myself here.

Acrobatic performance

At night, we were entertained with the Iluminate show. We never seen something as great as this as all the lights went off and we can only see the lights of the performers who dance and act around. Really creative and Mommy said it is one of the best performance at America Got Talent show where they receive positive comments from the judges. The show is til 28 June 2015.

We were so lucky to be selected as Resort World Genting Young Bloggers and Ambassadors and to review the Genting International Children’s Festival Fun. We really enjoyed ourselves so much here doing activities, watching performance and movie, eating delicious food at Coffee Terrace and of course a night stay at First World Hotel. Tqvm to RWG for the great opportunities and Ronald Kor Kor for showing us around. I'll prove myself to become a great Young Bloggers and Ambassador too :).

Hip Hip Hooray... When my Mom told me that me and my brother were selected as Resort World Genting Young Bloggers and Ambassadors, we were so happy and excited looking forward to the event. Genting is our main holiday destination as every year once or twice, my Mom and Dad will bring us there as the air was cooling and refreshing, a great destination for us as a family. We also enjoyed the family rides, food and shopping.

We woke up early at 5.30 a.m. to take a bus from 1 Utama Shopping Centre and a cable car from Goh Tong Jaya. This is the first time, we took public transport to Genting. A great experience for us to see the natural beauty of the environment.

We reached First World at 9.30 a.m. and the event start almost at 11.45 a.m. Not only we, the Kids Bloggers were invited, there are also over two hundred special children form Kuala Lumpur and Klang were invited to attend the launch of Genting International Children’s Festival. The children between 3 and 15 years old from homes namely Anbe Sivam, Rainbow, Good Samaritan, Rumah Victory, Agathians Shelter and Persatuan Kanak-kanak istimewa Hulu Langat. They too woke up early to come to the resort as a string of program awaits them.

Gracing the event was YB Datin Paduka Chew Mei Fun, Deputy Minister of Women, Children & Community Development. With her was Mr Paul Baker, Deputy Chief Operating Officer of Genting Malaysia Berhad. In her speech, YB Datin Paduka Chew said, ‘Children are our greatest gift and assets. They are the future of this country and upon which, the endless possibilities of our nations hope and dream are placed upon. Thus, it is our utmost priorities that they are cared for and protected. We need to place special emphasis on the healthy development of the child's physical, social, emotional and mental health. We need to equip them with the appropriate values and attitudes so that they have direction and purpose as the generation and leaders of the future.’ I totally agreed with this statement. He he he...

Mr Paul Baker said, ‘Family is at the heart of everything we do at Resorts World Genting—and children are the focal point of many of our themes. In our role as entertainment hub, we take pride in inspiring dreams, in encouraging bonding and harmony among families, and in using art and culture to promote growth and sustenance among the young. That is because healthy and happy children are a relevant feature of every thriving community.’ The festival, to be held till June 14, promises a whole range of activities that are sure to keep the young ones happy, from stage performances to movie screenings, to magic workshops. I truly enjoyed myself so much here.

The launch also saw seven young bloggers which include me and my brother being pinned as Resorts World Genting Young Bloggers and Ambassadors. We participated in the Resort’s call for young bloggers ages between 8 and 15 and our Mom help us to registered. As RWG Young Bloggers and Ambassadors, we get exclusive invitations to review the many events at the Resort. This includes stay, food and beverage plus shows, theme park events and activities. I'm really looking forward to more review on Genting soon. Yeah...

After the official opening and certificate given. we check-in at our hotel room and then proceed to sumptuous meal at the Coffee Terrace. I had a great meal there and my favourite is the ABC soup. A simple dish but it is delicious with lots of chickens, potatoes and carrots.

The event continued with shows that include dinosaurs, clowns, jugglers and stilt dancers amongst the colourful characters that add merriment to the occasion. We were then taken to the Land of Art where we had decorated our own ice cream at the booth, and at the Creativity & Dream Discovery Zone, we get to paint the castle and town, and participate in board games. A great activities for us especially during this school holiday.

Next stop we were then adjourned to the Dinosaur Land at Rainforest, First World Hotel Lobby where more magical hours unfold. We were greeted by the “dinosaurs”, and were entertained by the Battery Heads Percussion group.

Next stop, we were adjourned to the Fox Movie Screening at Horizon 50, First World Convention Centre where me and my Mom get to enjoy Rio cartoons with Nico & Pedro, and Blue & Jewel daily from noon to 8 pm. I can meet and greet their favorite Fox character here too. The best thing is, the entrance are free for public. Yeah...
